About the General Belt Conveyor
The general belt conveyor manufactured by Kunming Ciba Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. has advantages in great conveying capacity, simple structure, stable operation, convenient repair, and having standardized parts. Our product is widely used in ore mining, metallurgy industry, coal mining, and other industries to convey loose materials or individual items. According to customers’ need of conveying, belt conveyors can be arranged individually or combined with another belt conveyor to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system. General belt conveyor is applicable in working environment at a temperature of -25 to 40 degrees Celsius. Maximum temperature of materials on the conveyor is 50 degrees Celsius.
Rack
The rack of the conveyor is make of high-strength u-shape steel. Its strength and stiffness are above the national standard which makes it durable and resistant to distortion and deformation.
Hopper and Feed Chute
The hopper and the feed chute of the conveyor is designed to prevent material clogging and scattering while running at full capacity. They have high strength and good sealing.
Pulley
The reverse pulley of the conveyor is applicable to dusty, humid or muddy conditions. Its advantages are compact structure, light weight, low occupancy of space, and reliable performance.

Idlers

Baffles
The wave-shaped baffles of the conveyor provide an effective solution to landform limitation due to height differences. It allows conveying process at steep angles or even in vertical direction, thus cut down costs on equipments and constructions.
